The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, particularly Eddie, who ensured my needs were met. The breakfast area was clean and tidy, with a good selection of options to start the day.

Amidst these challenges, the overall vibe did not feel welcoming, particularly with unaddressed cleanliness concerns that could easily deter a return visit.
